简历:
洪波,中国科学院合肥物质院健康所精准医学诊断技术研究中心研究员,硕士生导师,中国科学院合肥肿瘤医院肿瘤转化医学研究中心中心实验室主任。2003年毕业于安徽大学获得学士学位。2006年毕业于中国科学技术大学获得硕士学位。2009年毕业于香港中文大学获得博士学位。2010-2015年先后在宾夕法尼亚州立大学医学院和美国国立卫生研究院国家人类基因组研究所从事博士后研究。
研究方向:
应用高通量基因测序、多组学生物信息分析和高通量药物筛选技术,针对临床问题开展以下研究:
1)肺结节良恶性诊断
2)罕见肿瘤的精准诊断
3)肿瘤的治疗抵抗
